We have been using Martin Inc Realtors to rent out our home for the past 2.5 years. We put our home up for rent after moving from Iowa to South Carolina. We were very concerned about having a rental property so far away but Christine and the team at Martin have made it easy. They take care of everything so quickly. They have found fantastic renters for us every time we have tenants move out. They respond to all of our needs quickly. They also respond to the tenants quickly. Usually they have taken care of any repair issues/concerns and have a quote ready to go when they consult with us. For the past year Martin Realtors has been helping me rent my property in Waterloo Iowa and I could not be happier. Marty and his staff always keep me informed about everything and are always available in case I have any concerns. So far, my experience have been pretty good with Martin realtors. They are a company if they’re word and go out there way to make sure they renters feel comfortable and cared for properly this is my first time ever renting from them but so far so good. I loved renting from Martin Realtors! Their staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the office manager! Any issues were always taken care of very quickly too. I highly recommend renting from them!!
