I have been a longtime renter from Martin's. Anytime I have needed anything fixed they respond immediately. Recently we had a terrible storm. I was out of town and found out I had a tree down in my yard. I called Kristine at Martin's and they quickly and efficiently handled everything for me.

I have been renting a home from Martin Relators for about 9 years( I was with a different management company some of this time) . My recent experiences with this management company has been good. I have not had any issues with getting things fixed when needed. Also when I send a request to get things fixed their response is fast and efficient. Part of my 9 years was with a different management team and I had some issues with some of the employee being rude and having poor communication, but not with Martin. The communication is good and it has been good customer service so far. I would recommend this management company if you are looking to rent a home.

We recently had an issue with our air conditioning and I contacted the office online. They had a technician out that afternoon. A part had to be ordered and the tech was back the next day to complete the repair. The staff has been extremely helpful to us from the time we initially viewed the property to signing our lease and beyond. I am very happy with our home.

I've had a great experience renting with Martin. They have been very accommodating. Due to my schedule they let me move in to my apartment early! This alleviated a lot of stress that comes along with moving. They're always prompt when returning my calls, emails and texts. Always willing to do whatever they can to make my rental experience a good one. The staff are professional and helpful. Martin comes highly recommended from me!!!

My furnace stopped working (middle of December) and my apartment was 50 degrees. From the time I called until the maintenance employee left was the total of an hour!!!! Back to being cozy!
