The process to rent a house was simple; I was able to take a tour of the house freely and got approval within a week of applying. The maintenance requests are efficient and effective.

Martin Realtors rented me an apartment in Waterloo, and I was very happy with them as a landlord. Any issues with the apartment were addressed right away after I did my walkthrough, and I had no issues while I was renting. The price was very reasonable, and they were willing to work with my less-than-perfect credit situation without breaking my bank. I moved just because I needed to be out-of-state, but if I end up in Waterloo again I will definitely look to Martin Realtors for a place to rent.

They always do a great job for their tenants making sure that everything that they need done gets done right and in a timely manner. The staff is always in a great mood and very knowledgable about what the owners want done with their properties. What a great find! We've been with Martin Realtors for almost five years now, and we just cannot fault the service they provide: both professional and friendly (and at a fair price!). Everyone we've dealt with has been lovely (though Christine deserves a special mention) and I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a property management company.

Very easy going property managers. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful. Never had a single issue dealing with them. After dealing with difficult property managers in the past, I'll be sticking with Martin Realtors for any renting in the waterloo/cedar falls area. The only complaint I could make is that the "convenience fee" for paying with a debit card over the online portal is a little much. But its easily avoidable using one of the many other optional payment methods.
