As the owner of Martin Realtors, I take great care in making sure our customers are treated fairly and with respect. With that in mind, I feel I must reply to the two reviews posted here. First, to Mr. Erbele, I apologize for your experience. The employee you witnessed acting in such a way no longer works for me. I believe everyone should be treated decently and respectfully, and have a safe, professional environment to address their housing needs. Mr. Avenson did rent from us for a short time. The first time he told us that he didn't have heat was 3/25/13 which was about 2 weeks after he moved in. It was assigned the day we found out and fixed right away by a local heating company. We never had another complaint from him, and he was never charged for his heat. He skipped out after 3 months because of a job change, and owes $x,xxx.xx (enough to pay for 3 new water heaters). I believe his negative post here is retaliation for us winning a judgement against him in court.

I never had a problem with martin. Any issues I had were addressed quickly.

Working with Martin Realtors has been great. Dispite the overwhelming work required by them to begin managing Jane and Basil's rental properties, they've always been available to meet the needs of their new tenants. Questions are answered timely and, maintenance requests are completed orderly. Not to mention the ease of their tenant portal which allows you to pay your rent online on your time! The staff is always friendly and they treat you and your property with the upmost respect. Great people, wonderful company!
