As the owner of Martin Realtors, I take great care in making sure our customers are treated fairly and with respect. With that in mind, I feel I must reply to the two reviews posted here. First, to Mr. Erbele, I apologize for your experience. The employee you witnessed acting in such a way no longer works for me. I believe everyone should be treated decently and respectfully, and have a safe, professional environment to address their housing needs. Mr. Avenson did rent from us for a short time. The first time he told us that he didn't have heat was 3/25/13 which was about 2 weeks after he moved in. It was assigned the day we found out and fixed right away by a local heating company. We never had another complaint from him, and he was never charged for his heat. He skipped out after 3 months because of a job change, and owes $x,xxx.xx (enough to pay for 3 new water heaters). I believe his negative post here is retaliation for us winning a judgement against him in court.
