Several years ago when clients would approach me about their foreclosure, I would have to give them some bad news.

No Options

Many times my client would be several months behind on their house payments, and either did not have all the cash to get caught up, or they would have the money, but did not know how to reinstate their loan.

Sometimes my client just wanted to get out from under the house, but owed more on it than it would sell for in enough time to stop the foreclosure.

Frustration
